The Sci-Fi buildings, houses, terrain pieces, etc. are scaled for 1:47 / 37mm miniatures. This means that a standard humanoid soldier from games like Star Wars Legion will fit in the buildings interiors with its base.

If you need more space in the buildings for larger miniatures you can of course scale them up, or scale down for EPIC scale/warhammer.
